I went with my family 1 time in this restaurant . It is expensive restaurant but Food was very delicious. Even my mom eat 1st time Japanese food and she likes it. We have tried many menu items and all food was delicious.
Great food and service! We had grilled chicken, mapo tofu, donburi, and kimchi—all very tasty and savoury. The highlight was the excellent hospitality from Nabin, who made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this place for great food and warm service!
Wish I could give this place 6 stars. We had perfect service and delicious food. Being from Vancouver, we are spoilt with high quality Japanese cuisine. Our high expectations were exceeded! Thank you Highly recommended .
I really enjoyed dining in at Izakaya Hokkaido for lunch. I had missed Japanese food, and this restaurant served it with the best service, best environment and perfect taste. The restaurant also served vegetarian options for my friend. I especially loved the Avocado sushi and the teriyaki chicken and ramen. In the end, the fried ice cream was an amazing way to end. I will definitely come back again for more.
We came here for dinner. The service is really good as they hand you a wet towel to wipe your face and hands before you eat. We ordered salmon sashimi, yakisoba, ramen, salmon steak, spicy tuna sushi, California roll and avocado roll. The spicy tuna was not really good but the others were nicee. The yakisoba was alright. The food was average compared to the price. The portions were small so don't expect to fill your stomach with one or two servings. Overall enjoyed the night but good could have been better. Avoid spicy tuna roll.
I ordered stir fried pork and vegetables it's delicious! I also live their Mint Lemonade. There are a few reputable Japanese restaurants here in Kathmandu and this is one good restaurant I must say. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended
We ordered majority of the items available on the menu. Everything tasted great. The spicy tuna roll was a bit different than other Japanese restaurants, but none the less, still good. Tempura is very crunchy, nigiri is tasty, gyoza is also good. The ramen is also tasty. With the limitations that this country has regarding seafood, it was a great experience 9.5/10.
